Team Assistant – Styling & Logistics
At Styled Spaces Property Styling & Staging, we're looking for a reliable, motivated Team Assistant to help keep our busy staging business running smoothly.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with both our truck crew and styling team, assisting with everything from loading furniture and setting up beautiful homes to preparing stock in our warehouse. If you enjoy variety, staying active, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
Assisting with loading and unloading furniture for property installations and collections
Supporting our truck crew on-site during deliveries and pack-downs
Helping our stylists with furniture placement, bed making, styling, and final property presentation
Preparing, unpacking, and organising décor items for upcoming projects
Cleaning and maintaining furniture to ensure it meets our presentation standards
Hanging artwork and assisting with general installation tasks
Keeping our warehouse organised, tidy, and well maintained
Assisting with stock control and other general warehouse duties.

About You
You'll be someone who:

Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Has a positive attitude and is always willing to help
Works well independently as well as within a team
Has great organisational skills and attention to detail
Uses initiative, common sense, and enjoys solving problems
Holds a current full driver's licence

The Details : 
Casual, rostered position with the potential to transition into full-time employment
Shifts are generally Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm
Hours vary depending on workload, with additional shifts available during busy periods
Shortlisted applicants will receive an email with a brief questionnaire
Successful candidates will then be invited to a 15-minute interview at our warehouse during business hours

A paid trial shift may be required as part of the recruitment process
